What advice can you give to a teenager who dreams to found a startup in future?
1) Start as early as you can – Early and well begun is a sign of a good start. It should be a well thought of and well planned execution of idea. Do not start off in a hurry. Messing up in the initial stage can be detrimental for the future of the business. Take effective, profound steps in the beginning. These steps may be as small as getting the blueprints of the idea, but they hold a lot of importance in the later stages.

【職場絮語】灰豬大作戰
年尾將至，對於正在找尋工作的朋友可能是另一個重要的心理關口，因為大多希望可在佳節前找到固定工作，使能賺取節日消費之餘，也可方便向親戚朋友作交代。故此，在現時仍在浮沉的搵工朋友，受盡失望希望再失望的無限折磨之餘，亦要面對節日臨近的外來壓力，灰灰豬的心情可想而知。 拆解灰豬真面目 「一定是我無用、無價值，才沒有人請我！」 「我浪費父母金錢，浪費米飯空氣，枉讀書」 「我是N無人士：無將來、無前景、無工無錢又無人要，灰 ……」 大家留意到灰豬的共通點嗎？就是質疑自己的能力和價值，而這些自我否定，卻是建基於不太公平的論斷呢！ 就以「一定是我無用、無價值，才沒有人請我！」為例，得不到工作機會有很多原因，公司招聘有很多條件需要考慮，當然包括求職者的學歷經驗、待人處事等技巧。同時也包括其他原因，如公司文化配合、對現時工作團隊的化學反應、個別上司的個人喜好 ( 有的喜歡文靜優雅，有的喜歡進取跳脫 )，太多不在求職者控制的範圍正在發揮作用，故此不獲聘的原因一定並不只是「無用、無價值」。 但我們的腦袋，卻很容易被這些Self talk影響，如果我們繼續以「沒人請 = 我無用」來打擊自己，慢慢我們就會真的相信這個假象了。 灰豬反映我們沮喪失望的情緒，是人之常情，但卻要小心不要被否定的語句掩蓋了我們的力量啊！
