Email結尾語只會用Best Regards？這種「大路野」顯得你完全沒有誠意，但用其他結尾語時原來亦有不少禁忌！到底如何運用各種結尾語，使你的各種email下款看起來平易近人，卻不會枯燥乏味？ 1. Love [Very Personal] Love 當然只適用於私人信件，而且也只能用在愛人、密友及家人身上，就連相熟的同事也不適宜用Love結尾。也有人喜歡用「Lots of love」，但筆者認為這實在太露骨了…… 2. Ciao [Very Personal] 口頭上常說的「再見」，帶點玩味，別以為對著熟稔的客戶也可以亂用！這只適用於Personal Email啊！……最多最多，也只可以將它留給會與你一起共渡午膳的同事！ 3. Cheers [Personal & Casual] 其實Cheers不止於「乾杯」之意，但的確，在Email寫下Cheers大多都處於在歡愉的氣氛，例如完成了一個Project後便會以Cheers以示慶祝，並表示友好，也有祝願以後合作無間之意。要注意的是，Cheers應配搭輕鬆的內文，語氣也要連貫！因此這不太適用於正式的商業書信來往，反而可用於關係密切，而且等級相若的同事或合作伙伴。
