Love [Very Personal] Love 當然只適用於私人信件,而且也只能用在愛人、密友及家人身上,就連相熟的同事也不適宜用Love結尾。也有人喜歡用「Lots of love」,但筆者認為這實在太露骨了…… 2. Ciao [Very Personal] 口頭上常說的「再見」,帶點玩味,別以為對著熟稔的客戶也可以亂用!這只適用於Personal Email啊!……最多最多,也只可以將它留給會與你一起共渡午膳的同事! 3. Cheers [Personal & Casual] 其實Cheers不止於「乾杯」之意,但的確,在Email寫下Cheers大多都處於在歡愉的氣氛,例如完成了一個Project後便會以Cheers以示慶祝,並表示友好,也有祝願以後合作無間之意。要注意的是,Cheers應配搭輕鬆的內文,語氣也要連貫!因此這不太適用於正式的商業書信來往,反而可用於關係密切,而且等級相若的同事或合作伙伴。
