無論見工面試、與客戶見面，甚至跟上司開會，彼此見面的第一個接觸點就是眼睛。雙眼有冇神，好影響對方對你的第一印象。可是，大部分上班一族都要長期望著電腦，收工後又會玩玩手機，使眼睛容易疲勞。最常見的為眼睛乾澀，現紅筋，視野不清。所謂眼睛是靈魂之窗，因此要好好保護，今次以中醫的角度談談護眼之道。   護眼先護肝 在五臟六腑中，肝和眼睛最為密切。肝的經絡經過眼睛，在人體經絡循環時會把肝血送到眼睛，使眼睛得到滋養，因此肝臟的健康與否會直接影響眼睛。在臨牀治療眼部疾病時，我們多以補肝陰為多。   不要給眼睛加班 充足的睡眠時間和休息也是保養眼睛的重要一環。當我們運用眼睛時，血液便會不斷供應到眼部，當我們睡眠休息時，供應到眼部的血液也會相應減少。因此當我們加班，或是在應該睡眠的時間還繼續用眼，眼部的血液循環則會增多，當久而久之，其靜脈回流不暢通時，則會開始在下眼袋形成色素，即是黑眼圈，由於要減退黑眼圈在治療上不是容易的，因此預防是更加重要。   •當長期集中用眼後，要有適當的休息，例如閉目養神。

馬去羊來，新的一年祝編輯部同仝及讀者職途洋洋得意，事事順境！對於祈求羊年有更佳人緣運的，大可先從一個尊重的稱呼開始。   新春期間，本地某電視台將節目內歌手的名字寫錯，立即成為網上被揶揄的對象。而同一電視台另一節目主持人亦曾將已逝世的荷里活笑匠Robin Williams誤讀成另一英國男歌手Robbie Williams。弄錯名字在外國媒體也非新鮮事，早前英國天空電視台新聞主播訪問愛沙尼亞總統Toomas Hendrik Ilves時，竟錯將中間名Hendrik當成姓氏，喚作President Hendrik。此舉立即觸怒對方脫去耳機和眼鏡拒訪。   稱呼時遇有中文姓名更要加倍小心。中國人的姓名組合本身已千變萬化。而針對不同的地區同一字亦有不同英語拼音方法，例如「蘇」字在香港的拼音是「So」、台灣是「Su」，新加坡則是「Soo」；而「張」字在香港的拼音是「Cheung」、台灣是「Chang」，內地則是「Zhang」。
