筆者閒時也喜歡上網瀏覽，有許多YouTuber會喜歡自拍Room tour﹙參觀我間房﹚放上網讓人瀏覽。本人從事安老服務工作多年，本身其實亦是一位護老者，母親是一位非典型柏金遜患者，今天就讓我都安排一個特別的 Room tour帶大家去參觀她的家居，順便分享護老心得。   首先，因為母親閒時都會多坐著看電視，一般梳化質料太軟，她獨自一人很難站起來，我買了一張高背椅﹙俗稱大班椅﹚給她。由於椅的質料較緊挺，方便靠背挺直腰脊；四平八穩、兩邊有扶手，她便較容易借力站起來 ( 提示：若長者身型較肥胖，可選擇有轆的款式，就可方便家傭護老者協助移動椅子﹚。
