離職工作證明有行規
HR日常其中一個「職務」，就係日日都出緊唔知幾多份工作證明畀啲離職同事。講到出工作證明，我地一定要出得靚靚仔仔，除左人地要拎去見工之餘，其他公司見到份工作證明岩岩巉巉仲會影響埋公司專業形象。 工作證明除咗要格式整整齊齊、冇錯字、冇錯文法之外，查實仲有一個好重要嘅地方就係離職原因。HR有一個行規，如果個staff係正正常常辭職，喺工作證明都一定會寫明個離職原因。如果係辭職嘅，我地會寫自動離職(resign of his/her own accord)；如果係裁員，會寫明係redundancy；合約完結會寫contract complete，意思即係話畀其他公司嘅同行知，呢個人係喺正常情況下離職，唔係畀人炒。但如果冇寫清楚，HR一睇就會懷疑呢個人會唔會係有問題而畀人炒。所以如果個同事係正正常常離職，但又冇喺工作證明寫清楚個原因，分分鐘會影響到佢搵工。不過當然，我地唔會淨係因為呢句嘢而下判斷，最後都要睇埋面試同reference check(工作背景審查)嘅結果。 工作證明只係簡簡單單一封文件，但對每個人嘅職業生涯都好重要。試過聽過有啲公司出工作證明慢吞吞，話出封信要成個月。咁樣唔單止影響到人地搵工，仲攪到我地呢啲HR薯仔係咁追。幫幫手，快快手手出份靚仔嘅工作證明，除左係HR責任之餘，仲可以幫到同行畀老細捽少幾次呀。
