Accountant

Duties

• Monitor and control dailly Accounts Receivable operations and ensure accurate accounting entries for AR - related transactions

• Supervise billing processes and follow up on customer payment status

• Support credit controll activities to improve colllection efficiency and reduce overdue accounts

• Perform monthly cash count and monitor bank reconciliation

• Handle full set of accounts for a subsidiary in Mainland China, including month-end closing, account reconciliations and financial reporting

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Coordinate the statutory audit matters, ensuring compliance with reporting requirments and deadlines

• Supervisr junior accounting staff and provide guidance on daily operations, handle ad-hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of rellevant experience

• Solid PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel and accounting software

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Independent, reswponsible, detail-oriented and well organized

• With the ability to manage priorities and meed deadlines
