IT Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT team and support for IT infrastructure, hardware and business application for offices

• Maintain user accounts, access rights control, analysis and troubleshooting of system servers

• Responsible for servers installation, configuration, monitoring, systems health and routine system operations

• Perform PC troubleshooting, software and hardware installation

• Provide basic end-user training and updating of user/operation manuals

• Administrate hardware and software procurement and inventory

• Assist the IT Manager to support IT audits and any other duties as assigned by Management
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline

• 2 years relevant working experience in IT support

• Familiar with VMware, Active Directory, Firewall administration and operations of Linux and Windows

• Familiar with ERP, CRM solutions implementation and system installation

• Knowledge in network technologies and AD server

• Holder of MCSE / CCNA is an advantage

• Good written and verbal communication skills
