Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Office
Assist in the co-ordination and administration of various HR-related projects
Provide support to the daily operations of the Office
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
Post-secondary qualification or above
Relevant working experience in sizable organizations, preferably in the higher education sector
Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity. Appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement and the availability of the post.
