We are seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Assistant Public Relations Officer to join our team and be seconded to the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP) on a 1-year contract basis. The ideal candidate will hold a background in media production, communications, or marketing, with a strong foundation in content creation, video editing, digital asset management, and event promotion. You will support the day-to-day execution of PR campaigns, digital media production, client communications, and brand engagement.

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Assistant Public Relations Officer (Project) shall be as follows:
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
Experience: Fresh graduates with relevant project/internship experience or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in production, marketing, or PR are welcome.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in photo and video editing software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator) and CapCut.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, content creation, and analytics.
Hands-on experience operating cameras and basic production equipment.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with an eye for quality assurance and brand consistency.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Media Production & Content Creation:
Conceptualize, shoot, and produce high-engagement visual content, including corporate photography and short-form videos (e.g., promotional reels, event highlights, documentary-style clips).
Edit and refine media deliverables using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and CapCut to align with brand standards.
Digital Media & Asset Management:
Manage and archive corporate digital assets (images, video footages, graphics) by establishing standardized file naming conventions, systematic backup systems, and secure cloud storage.
Monitor content quality and ensure all marketing/PR deliverables adhere strictly to project timelines and quality specifications.
Event & Campaign Support:
Assist in organizing and executing PR campaigns, media events, and brand promotions.
Conduct stakeholder, client, or audience interviews to gather content, capture fan/public engagement, and evaluate market appeal.
Perform background research and competitive analysis to support campaign strategy proposals and positioning reports.
Stakeholder & Client Relations:
Act as a key administrative and operational touchpoint for internal cross-functional teams, media partners, and external vendors.
Handle inquiries professionally, support frontline communications, and maintain positive relationship management across key channels.
Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 12 months commencing immediately. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
