AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff position(s) for contract administration of design-build-operate Contract No. EP/SP/307/24 – Sha Tin Transfer Station (STTS) Third Follow-On Contract.  The Resident Site Staff are to supervise the design and construction of the upgrading and modification works for the existing Refuse Transfer Station (RTS) under the Contract.  Major upgrading and modification works include (i) construction of the new office building and upgrading works of the treatment processes; (ii) construction of the ramp masking barrier for the vehicular ramp; (iii) upgrading works of the wastewater treatment plant; (iv) improvement works of the odour control and monitoring system; (v) upgrading works of the waste handling plant and equipment; and (vi) development of the Landfill Reception Area at the North East New Territories (NENT) Landfill.

艾奕康有限公司艾奕康有限公司現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員分別負責管理上述香港政府合約。該合約需要為現有的沙田廢物轉運站設計、建造和營運升級及改造工程。主要的升級及改造工程包括 (1) 建造新辦公室大樓及廢物處理設施的優化工程、(2) 在行車坡道加設遮蔽屏障、(3) 污水處理設施的優化工程、(4) 氣味監測及除味系統的優化工程、(5) 廢物處理廠房及設備更換、提升及優化工程、及 (6) 於新界東北堆填區內設立廢物接收設施。

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor Degree from University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with formal training pre-approved by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers with at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, or

• Bachelor Degree from University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with at least 5 years’ relevant post-academic qualification experience in professional field and level.

• 持有大學頒發相關學科的學士學位或具有同等學歷，及具有由香港工程師學會預先批准的正式培訓，並具有最少三年相關工作經驗，或

• 有大學頒發相關學科的學士學位或具有同等學歷，並在取得有關資格後，具有最少五年專業相關工作經驗。
  

Applicants should also refer to the other requirement(s) stipulated in Appendix 7.4 of “Management Handbook for Direct Employment of Resident Site Staff by Consultants for Public Works Projects” from the webpage of Development Bureau.

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
