ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – European MNC Freight Forwarder (Kwun Tong/5 days work)

Role Summary 

• Reporting to the Sales Director

• You will support business growth by servicing existing customers and proactively developing new accounts in both air and sea freight.

• You will work as part of a 6‑member sales team, contributing to team targets and collaborating closely to drive overall business development.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide professional sales and account management services to existing air and sea freight clients.

• Work closely with the team to plan and execute business development strategies and sales campaigns.

• Enhance and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable freight and logistics solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations, and follow up on tenders and rate negotiations.

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management to support sales planning.
