AV Support (大埔 / 大學)

Job duties:

• Typical tasks include new PC installation, data migration from old PC to new PC;

• Experience in Audio Visual Settings is a plus.

• Configuration of PC to use Active Directory;

• Support PC hardware and software for the computing users of the University;

• Installation and configuration of network printers, smartcard printing, and other support services; and

• Keeping asset records and performing administrative tasks assigned by the Senior IT Manager (User Services)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in information technology or related fields with

• at least one year of experience in PC support, PC hardware installation, data migration and configuration of end-user PC to use Microsoft Active Directory;

  Knowledge of Avaya or other IP Phone system is preferred;

  He/she should be self-motivated and service oriented;

• Able to communicate with end-users and work independently;

• Working location: Tai Po

• Willing to work on weekends OR public holiday
