Quantity Surveyor

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience, MHKIS or MRICS

Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive budget and cost plan for the property development project, ensuring accurate estimation and management of construction cost

• Participate in the selection and appointment of consultants and contractors

• Manage the procurement process for supplies and subletting of contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met

• Conduct detailed estimation and analysis of construction costs for land bids, subcontracting, variation works, and minor/maintenance projects, optimizing cost efficiency and accuracy

• Responsible for post-contract administration, including measurement of work, verifying interim payments and overseeing final account settlements

Requirements:

• Degree in Surveying or equivalent, MHKIS or MRICS is a must

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in property developer, consultancy firm or main contractor

• Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently

• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
