IT Officer - Infrastructure (Multiple vacancies)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, storage, cloud, virtualization).

  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion.

  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals.

• Infrastructure Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.

  • Ensure system availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

  • Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
    

• Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and technical support.

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues efficiently.

  • Promote best practices in IT operations and project execution.
    

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects (networking, servers, cloud, virtualization).

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking protocols, firewalls, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

• Experience with ITIL processes and project management methodologies is an advantage.

• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
