Key Responsibilities
Monitor outsourcing contractors executing computer audits and feasibility studies for future EPR development; coordinate application development and system testing with the EPR contractor.
Develop, support, and maintain systems used to manage the setup process
Coordinate comprehensive computer and security audit exercises to safeguard election technology systems.
Handle the procurement process for various IT equipment, software, and technical services.
Carry out additional technical duties and ad-hoc task execution as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 3 years of experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Application Development and Management and SQL / MSSQL
At least 2 years of experience in PHP & web programming
At least 2 years of experience conducting Information System Studies and managing IT Security & using Project Management and Issue Tracking Systems
Good communication skills
