Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement web application systems
Perform system testing, documentation, and user training
Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
3+ years experience in IT industry
Strong hands-on experience in JAVA, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, SQL, RESTful API and web programming
Experience with Generative AI is a strong advantage
Vendor management experience is a plus
