Job Duties:
Collect both technical and user requirements for the new enhancements;
Study the technical feasibility of the new enhancements and create initial design of the infrastructure and application structure
Provide support to the User Interface (UI) design
Liaise various parties and provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support
To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new enhancements
Requirement Details:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
Solid working experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems.
Solid working experience in performing system integration test and user acceptance test.
Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients.
Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development.
Solid working experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless integrations.
Experience in User Experience (UX) design will be an advantage
