AI Business Analyst (Kowloon Bay, Project Management)

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, streamline processes, create user stories and backlog items in Agile tools.

• Track project status, finances, risks, issues, and prepare governance materials.

• Run stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and resolve obstacles.

• Manage proof-of-concept AI projects from requirements to closure.

• Maintain AI use cases, handle incidents, upgrades, and migrations.

• Prepare test plans, coordinate testing, validate results, and track defects.

• Maintain release logs, document features, fixes, and communicate updates.

• Prepare chatbot reports and maintain dashboards.

• Manage bug lists, triage, prioritisation, and closure.

• Create guides, procedures, release notes, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

• Act as liaison among users, product owners, vendors, and support teams.

• Facilitate workshops, clarify user journeys, and propose solutions.

• Maintain traceability across requirements, tests, defects, and releases.

• Provide analysis and reporting for AI platform initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Certification in business analysis, project management, or Agile/Scrum.

• 3+ years in business analysis, IT project delivery, or digital transformation.

• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, process improvement, product delivery, and change adoption.

• Hands-on with Azure DevOps Boards; able to prepare user stories, test plans, defect logs, dashboards, and reports.

• Strong stakeholder communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
