Job Duties:
Coordinate laptop specifications, application requirements, and access needs.
Software installation, configuration, testing, and deployment
Provide support for both domain-joined and non-domain devices.
Implement network access controls such as VLAN segregation or NAC where applicable
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in technical support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint security tools, and enterprise device management.
Familiarity with Active Directory, NAC/VLAN configurations, and ITIL processes.
