Key Responsibilities
Design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System
Assist supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System
Support the migration of Chatbot-as-a-Service to a new AI-enabled platform
Provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of chatbot, AI and data analytics technologies
Conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and data analytics related subjects
Provide production support after normal office hours, including troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements
Provide technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services
About You
High Diploma / Degree in Computing / AI related subjects
At least 3 years of experience in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/image/video analytics
At least 1 year of experience on system development and deployment on clouds
Knowledge and experience on installing and managing Linux
Knowledge and experience on web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge and experience on Python and SQL
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes
