Senior IT Project Officer (Contract & Operations, Cyberport)

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations and oversee Cloud infrastructure services contract fulfillment, ensuring full vendor compliance and operational continuity

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware, software, and WAN connectivity services

• Proactively track renewal schedules for maintenance contracts

• Coordinate with contractors to track, verify, and review project documentation deliverables against standard quality criteria

• Assist in conducting market research, drafting technical specification documents, and coordinating acceptance testing for new hardware, software, and services

• Execute additional project management or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects

• At least 4 years experience in IT with contract management experience

• Practical knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies, including server virtualization

• Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) and IT security is a strong advantage

• Proven experience in IT contract administration and preparing tender/procurement documentation

• Demonstrated capability in reviewing and verifying technical contractor deliverables

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
