Key Responsibilities
Partner with B/Ds to understand daily operational workflows, bottlenecks, and pain points, translating business requirements into scalable GenAI, workflow automation, or other AI use cases.
Guide B/Ds through the transition from traditional workflows to AI-enabled concepts, managing local resistance and aligning stakeholders with executive showcase narratives.
Build GenAI workflows, agentic loops, knowledge assistants, chatbots, and internal dashboards using tools such as Work Buddy, Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, and Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platforms backed by advanced open-source models (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen).
Design and refine prompts, few-shot examples, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions to maximise accuracy and minimise hallucinations.
Integrate data pipelines with the Government’s central AI infrastructure and APIs.
Prepare documentation including user guides, prompt templates, reusable workflows, and conduct briefings/trainings for change management and knowledge transfer.
Pivot prototypes quickly based on live feedback from B/Ds and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above
3 - 6 years’ post-qualification experience in system implementation, application development, workflow automation, digital transformation, technical consulting, or system administration, with at least 1 year in a similar post.
Sound understanding of GenAI, large language models (LLMs), APIs, and prompt engineering.
Experience in configuring, implementing, or supporting IT systems or digital tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive attitude, strong learning ability, and keen interest in emerging GenAI technologies.
Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within short timeframes.
Strong dedication to execution and delivery.
Preferred Experience (Advantages)
AI tools: Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, Work Buddy.
LLMs: DeepSeek, Qwen, or other large language models.
RAG and databases: Retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or knowledge management.
Tech stack: APIs, databases, Linux, Docker, or cloud platforms.
Programming: Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages
Automation: AI agents, browser automation, or desktop automation.
Governance: Information security, data governance, or responsible AI.
Projects: Digital transformation projects in Government or large organisations.
