ITIL Specialist / Service Delivery Manager (over $50K)

Job Duties:

• Manage ITSM framework: Oversee the ITIL service lifecycle (strategy, design, transition, operations, improvement).

• Run ITIL processes: Handle incident, change, problem, demand, and configuration management.

• Manage ITSM tools: Use platforms like SMAX or ServiceNow for workflows, reporting, and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance: Support audits, manage risks, and maintain documentation.

• Coordinate with teams: Work closely with infrastructure, application owners, and compliance teams.

• Drive improvements: Monitor KPIs, spot bottlenecks, and suggest better ways of working.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least have 6 years relevant experience 

• ITIL certification (preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM / ITIL frameworks

• Solid understanding of change and access control models, BAU operations in regulated environments, and IT governance/risk management

• Experience managing ITSM tools (preferably SMAX, ServiceNow, or equivalent)

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Confident in enforcing governance while remaining pragmatic

• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
