Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and document requirements, streamline processes, and translate needs into user stories and backlog items
Prepare test plans, coordinate UAT, validate results, and track defects
Maintain sprint release logs and communicate new features, fixes, and known issues
Support enhancements, incident follow-up, regression impact assessment, and operational readiness
Maintain traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and approvals
Liaise with business users, product owners, developers, and vendors to align priorities and deliverables
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Create user guides, release notes, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certification in business analysis, project management, or Agile/Scrum (or equivalent experience)
5+ years' experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or digital transformation
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or equivalent tools
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written in English and Chinese
