Project Manager (Yau Ma Tei, 5 days work, over $70K)

Job Description:

• Support system implementation and enhancement of cross‑boundary applications/e‑services.

• Manage funding acquisition, requirements gathering, tendering, acceptance testing, and governance.

• Prepare project briefs, evaluate vendor proposals, and monitor contractor performance.

• Liaise with users, contractors, and operators for requirements and ongoing support.

• Evaluate feasibility of new IT initiatives and provide technical advisory.

• Ensure quality deliverables and timely project completion.
  

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 8 years' experience in IT industry

• Solid experience in implementing and supporting IT systems on Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Container-as-a-Service (CaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and etc. on Huawei cloud, GCIS DCI, GCIS))

• Strong background in enterprise application development, web frameworks, and database queries.

• Knowledge of AI tools (MaaS, AI‑based design/prototyping) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Enterprise Java (J2EE), React.js, and Python.

• Familiarity with IT security, electronic service delivery, and outsourcing management.

• Demonstrated expertise in system analysis, design, development, testing, and administration
