Job description:
Assist senior engineers in administering and maintaining multi-vendor network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related equipment.
Support Internet, Intranet, LAN, and WAN connectivity across multiple data centers and facilities.
Ensure network stability and performance across all remote sites and building locations.
Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and system records in a timely manner.
Deliver day-to-day network support and troubleshooting services to end users.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in::
Trouble-shooting for systems and network problems
CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products
Internet Firewall Technical Support
Networking
Virtual Private Network
At least 3 years’ experience in:
Network Design
IT Procurement
Vendor Management
