Cloud Infrastructure & AI Solutions Architect / AI Program Manager (over $70K)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the system.

• Monitor contractors’ work, schedules, and deliverables, including system design, implementation, deployment, training, and rollout to B/Ds.

• Coordinate with users, contractors, project stakeholders, and related parties to ensure smooth implementation.

• Support contractors in conducting security risk assessments and audit exercises.

• Assist B/Ds in preparation, testing, and adoption of the system.

• Review contractors’ deliverables and prepare management reports.
  

Requirements

• At least two years in system design, implementation, digital transformation, technical consulting, or system administration in a comparable capacity.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of agentic AI, generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering.

• Experience in implementing or supporting IT systems or digital tools.

• Experience in Electornic service delivery, IT operation management, Server virtualization technology

• Preferred experience in managing integration and deployment of government IT projects.

Preferred experience in implementing and deploying enterprise agentic AI applications or workspaces.

• Proactive attitude, strong learning ability, and keen interest in emerging AI technologies.

• Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions quickly.

• Strong commitment to execution and delivery.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CPMAI, or similar.

• AI tools expertise: Familiarity with Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, or Work Buddy.

• LLM experience: Experience with DeepSeek, Qwen, or other LLMs.

• Knowledge management: Experience with RAG, vector databases, or knowledge management.

• Technical skills: APIs, databases, Docker, or cloud platforms.

• Automation expertise: AI agents, browser automation, or desktop automation.

• Governance and security: Knowledge of information security, data governance, or responsible AI practices.
