Job description:
Support the implementation of a centralised IT platform with DevOps tools for automated deployment, operation, and monitoring
Manage configuration of server and network infrastructure across GCIS and on-premises systems
Develop and maintain scripts to automate system deployment, configuration, and operational tasks
Assist with system testing, documentation, and preparation of technical guidelines
Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance to ensure system stability, performance, and security
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 3 years of IT infrastructure experience
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure, and networking
Hands-on experience in automating deployment, operation, monitoring, and logging
Solid experience in applying DevOps lifecycle to IT systems using tools and scripts
Experience with Government systems or public sector projects is an advantage
Familiarity with Jenkins, Gitea, Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki is highly desirable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
