Job Description:
Design and develop small-to-medium scaled LLM, ML, RAG, and CV systems (non-analytics scripting).
Maintain and patch both front-end and back-end components of these systems as a full-stack developer.
Collaborate with teams to integrate AI models into existing applications.
Implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality.
Develop documentation for system design and integration processes.
Support AI model testing for seamless integration into applications.
Optimize user experience for dashboards, workflows, and data presentation.
Work with data engineers to design storage and retrieval systems for AI training/testing.
Assist procurement and provide on-job training for equipment/services.
Communicate system designs effectively to stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI and ML.
Act as business analyst for projects when required.
Manage vendors for outsourced development.
Ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards..
Job Requirements:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT application development, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with container deployment (Docker).
Proficiency in MEAN Stack and data integration systems (e.g., message queues, data cleansing).
Understanding of data mining, BI, and ML applications.
Strong knowledge of system design and database design.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
Experience with LLM and RAG technologies.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Vector databases.
Proficiency in Git workflows (minimum 3 years).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
