Job Description:
To assist in the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of systems.
To support monitoring of contractors' work progress, implementation schedule and outstanding issues.
To liaise with B/D users, contractors and project stakeholders on implementation, use cases requirement collection, technical and operational matters.
To conduct system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing.
To assist B/Ds in deployment, user training and operational support.
To coordinate with contractors in conducting security risk assessment and audit exercises.
To maintain project records, issue logs, risk registers, meeting notes.
To review contractors' deliverables and prepare management reports
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computing subjects
At least 4 years or above
Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation or system administration
Experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.
Profound understanding with mainstream agentic AI technologies, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools.
Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging AI technologies.
Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within a short time frame
