Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and maintain computers, servers, and peripherals
Perform data backups and ensure cybersecurity measures
Deploy business applications and resolve software issues
Identify and implement digital tools to improve efficiency
Track IT assets and manage software license compliance
Travel frequently to China for on-site support and project coordination
Requirements:
F.5 graduated or above
1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
Solid understanding of networking, hardware, and common business software
Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity fundamentals
Web or app development experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
Must be willing to travel frequently to China
