Key Responsibilities:
Platform Implementation: Assist in deploying a centralized IT platform that integrates DevOps tools to automate deployment, operation, and monitoring of IT systems.
Infrastructure Configuration: Configure and manage network and server infrastructure across GCIS and on-premises environments.
System Support: Perform ongoing IT support and maintenance, including script development, platform configuration, unit/integration testing, and preparation of testing plans, specifications, and guidelines.
Additional IT Duties: Undertake other IT system-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in IT
At least 3 years’ work experience in Infrastructure
Strong expertise in DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
Familiarity with automation processes for deployment, operation, monitoring, and logging of IT systems.
Proven experience applying the DevOps lifecycle to IT systems using tools and scripts.
Experience in management and support of Government systems & services
Experience with Jenkins, Gitea, Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently with strong spoken and written communication skills.
