Key Responsibilities
Manage outsourced ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and compliance with project requirements
Lead and participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation across various ICT projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans
Gather, analyse, and consolidate user requirements, translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
Prepare technical specifications and procurement documents for applications, hardware, software, and related ICT services
Support the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of web-based applications and enterprise systems
Develop and review system architecture, infrastructure design, and network security controls to ensure system reliability and information security compliance
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
At least 6 years experience in application development and project management
Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation for large-scale system development projects
Strong experience in vendor and contractor management within an ICT project environment
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and preparation of functional and technical specifications
Hands-on experience in system development and software programming
Solid experience in web application design, development, and implementation
Strong knowledge of Java-based application development using Spring Framework
Proficient in JavaScript and modern web development technologies
Good understanding of system architecture, infrastructure design, and network security principles
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
