IT Systems Coordinator/ System Analyst (over $55K)

Job Requirements:

• Engage with public bodies and private organizations to drive the adoption of the platform for their e-services and facilitate registration.

• Support onboarding activities for the platform Testing and Production Environments.

• Review and prepare procedures and guidelines on data privacy, security, and best practices to ensure compliance across the platform system components and processes.

• Handle general and technical enquiries related to the platform, providing effective troubleshooting and solutions.

• Compile presentation materials for meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

• Assist in organizing and supporting joint promotional events to raise awareness and adoption of the platform.
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• At least 5 years experience in IT system implementation and support.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT system rollouts, user onboarding, or coordinating testing and production environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage both general and technical enquiries.

• Solid experience in corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, or public relations, especially in liaising with diverse public bodies and private organizations (highly preferred).

• Hands-on experience integrating iAM Smart or similar digital identity solutions into e-services (highly preferred).
