Senior Business Analyst (PMP, Digital Transformation)

Duties:

• Lead business requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple user groups and business functions

• Support and oversee the Functional Specification contractor's Business Process Review (BPR) activities

• Review and validate current-state (As-Is) business processes, workflows, pain points, operational bottlenecks, manual procedures, data silos and service inefficiencies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, refine and optimise future-state (To-Be) business processes, operating models and use cases

• Assess the operational feasibility and practical implementation of proposed workflows and business solutions

• Translate business requirements into clear, traceable and testable functional requirements

• Prepare implementation tender specifications and procurement documentation based on Functional Specification study outputs, BPR findings, RFI exercises and market assessments

• Provide professional review and quality assurance of contractor deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations

• Support project activities relating to solution evaluation, testing, implementation planning, change management and service rollout as required
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 4 years in a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, User Liaison, Business Transformation, or equivalent role

• Strong practical experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Review (BPR), Process Re-engineering, Requirements Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Service Transformation, and IT-enabled Business Change

• Demonstrated experience in eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, workflow walkthroughs, document reviews, observations, surveys and other structured techniques

• Proven experience in producing As-Is and To-Be process models, use cases and user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process improvement recommendations, stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, training needs assessments, and change management artefacts

• Excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at both operational and management levels

• High proficiency in written and spoken English, including substantial experience in preparing professional project deliverables, reports and tender documentation
