Analyst Programmer (AI & Application Development)

Key responsibilities

• Performing system analysis, technical design, coding, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and ongoing production support

• Developing enhancement items and new functionalities for existing application systems to meet evolving business and operational requirements

• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for application systems, including occasional after-office-hours support when required

• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, enhance data analysis, and support business decision-making

• Researching, evaluating, and applying emerging technologies, including AI solutions, machine learning models, Generative AI, and modern software development frameworks, to enhance web-based learning and business systems

• Participating in the development and deployment of AI-powered applications, intelligent automation workflows, and knowledge management solutions
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in application development, system implementation, and maintenance

• Strong hands-on experience in web application development and system integration

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration

• Solid programming knowledge and practical experience in Python and modern web technologies

• Proficiency in relational databases and structured data querying, including SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

• Experience in system analysis, software design, testing, deployment, and application support

• Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will have an advantage:

  • AI and Machine Learning application development using Python.

  • Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development tools.

  • AI orchestration and workflow platforms such as Dify, n8n, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.

• Good communication skills
