Job Duties:
Provide IT technical supports and handle hotline enquires to all the end users.
Perform the daily IT operations, including but not limited to install all the necessary hardware, systems and applications software, fixes and patches.
Help to manage all the IT equipment under the PC LAN environment.
Provide support to the meeting and events.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 2 years experience in IT support
Experience in Banking / Securities industry is preferred but not a mus
Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft product and Microsoft Active Directory including Account management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity lifecycle management and Microsoft Exchange 2019;
Experience in supporting mobile management (Ivanti EPMM), voice system (Cisco Unity connection and Cisco Unified Communications Manager) and Video conferencing
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
