Job Description:
Collaborate with the Contractor to carry out System Analysis and Design (SA&D), system implementation, performance tuning, and documentation for a new private cloud system.
Partner with the Contractor to support the migration of the existing Unix-based system to the new system.
Diagnose, fix, and resolve system issues when incidents arise.
Provide technical support to end-users and other technical personnel.
Review and apply security patches to the systems.
Carry out server support responsibilities and capacity planning.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 4 years’ experience in IT industry
Experience in installation or supporting configuration on Huawei Cloud Stack (including FusionSphere Cloud Suite, ManageOne, RDS for MySQL, OceanStor BCManager, Cloud Container Engine, FusionGuard), Sansec HSM and Kylin Linux
Experience in installation or supporting on Huawei network products (including Switch, Firewall, IDPS) and Venustech Global Site Load Balancer
Experience in Linux system administration, including patch upgrade, health check and other relevant service components
At least 1 years’ experience in:
Data/File Backup Technology
Production Database Support
Server Virtualisation Technology
At least 0.5 years’ experience in:
Internet Firewall Technical Support
Metro-Ethernet Network
Network Design
Router Configuration
