Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing production support for enterprise application systems.
Implement system enhancements, including programming, testing, deployment support, and bug fixing.
Gather and analyse user requirements.
Liaise with business users, vendors, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
Support infrastructure configuration, system setup, and environment management.
Prepare technical documentation and testing deliverables.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve application-related issues.
Provide support during non-office hours when required.
Carry out other IT-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Higher Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification IT experience.
Hands-on experience in Java application development.
Solid experience in web-based application development.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database programming.
Experience with Linux administration and system environments.
Experience with Web Services integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple technical and business teams.
