Job Duties:
Assist software testing for system enhancements, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing
Monitor software vendors / developers by coordinating requirements, monitoring deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of enhancement projects
Assist office relocation and related setup of IT facilities for a new office
Provide general PC support and user support on the system usage
Ensure all system enhancements and general IT facilities comply with IT security policies and guidelines
Any duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:
Degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 6 years' experience in IT industry
At least 4 years' experience in J2EE Development
Experience in software testing, system enhancement, and defect tracking
Experience in coordination and project delivery management
Experience in IT facility maintenance and management (including personal computers and network devices)
