Responsibilities:
Maintain optimal system availability and consistently meet established service levels
Deliver continuous support and oversee the implementation of system enhancements with quality assurance
Support the infrastructure team and contractors in keeping current support services operational and effective
Identify service requirements and prepare relevant specification documents to facilitate the procurement of hardware, software, and maintenance services
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT infrastructure, with a minimum of 1 year in system implementation
Solid experience in IT Security, Linux System Administration, Storage Area Network, Network Design, and Server Virtualization Technology
Solid experience in managing outsourced system support operations for large-scale IT systems is highly preferred
