Job description:
Maintain maximum system availability and ensure the system meets defined service level targets.
Provide ongoing system support, implement new enhancements, and carry out quality assurance activities.
Assist the system infrastructure team and contractors in delivering the support services currently in place.
Identify service requirements and prepare specification documents to support the procurement of hardware, software, and maintenance services for the system.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 4 years’ experience in IT industry
At least 2 years’ experience in:
IT Security
Linux System Administration
Network Design
Storage Area Network
Server Virtualisation Technology
