Application Developer (SQL/ Java Servlet/ BIM, over $40K)

Responsibilities:

• Manage BIM software/hardware inventory and maintenance

• Prepare funding applications and tender documents for system enhancements

• Oversee IT system operations, including BIM model upload and conversion

• Promote BIM-related tools and technologies (e.g. 3D printing, scanning, VR)

• Supervise vendors implementing AI-powered BIM model validation tools

• Define business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders

• Prepare functional and non-functional specifications for tender documents

• Liaise with users, IT teams, contractors, and stakeholders

• Support UAT and provide user training

• Perform other duties as assigned
  

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

• At least 5 years of experience in IT industry, with a minimum of 4 years in web application development

• Solid hands-on experience in managing and maintaining web-based systems

• Proficient in SQL, Java Servlet Programming, Web Programming, and Data Administration

• Hands-on experience in BIM and AI/LLM integration (including agentic AI) is an advantage
