Job Responsibilities
Install, deploy, maintain, and support server and network infrastructure environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, server, and system-related issues to ensure service availability and performance.
Provide technical support and planning for Internet, Intranet, website platforms, business applications, system software, and hardware.
Perform infrastructure upgrades, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance activities.
Participate in incident management and provide timely resolution for production issues.
Provide 24x7 on-call support and perform shift duties as required.
Job Requirements
Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network administration, implementation, and support.
Solid experience with network technologies and devices, including Switches, Routers, WiFi Controllers, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Load Balancers, and network monitoring tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networking environments.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, VMware virtualization platforms, and SAN Storage technologies.
Familiarity with infrastructure best practices, system security, and performance monitoring.
Good command of written and spoken English.
