Engineer – Air Conditioning Repair, Maintenance and Installation Contractor (Wan Chai)

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning systems and associated electrical works.

• According to the established schedule, the maintenance, repair, installation, and related electrical engineering of the air conditioning system will be carried out.

• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and troubleshooting on air conditioning units and related circuits.

• Perform electrical tests, inspections, and troubleshooting on air conditioning equipment and related circuits.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls at shopping mall sites.

• Handling emergency malfunctions and service calls at the shopping mall.

• Prepare service reports, test certificates, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with clients, property management, and subcontractors as needed.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.

Ideal candidate

• Higher Diploma, Diploma, or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

• Hold an advanced diploma, diploma or higher degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning maintenance, repair, or installation.

• Possess one to two years of practical work experience in air conditioner maintenance, repair, or installation.

• Experience working in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or retail environments is preferred.

• Candidates with experience working in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or retail environments will be given priority consideration.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Possesses strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on-site at various shopping mall locations in Hong Kong.
