【Responsibilities】
Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and HR projects.
Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in full compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain staff insurance policies and handle insurance claims efficiently.
Organize training activities and manage training reimbursements.
Co-ordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
Administer the HRIS and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support the planning and organization of staff activities, events and other ad hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
Degree holder with at least one year of human resources experience.
Knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and HR database management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive “can-do” attitude.
Meticulous, well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
A good team player with strong collaboration skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
