Security Control Assistant 控制室助理 (增設迎新獎金HK$10,000)

Job Description:

• Handle daily control room operations, including addressing enquiries and monitoring the progress of work tasks

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to create duty rosters for the crew teams, and allocate delivery orders effectively

• Oversee vehicle scheduling and allocation to ensure the smooth completion of deliveries

• Respond to and follow up on emergency situations, and liaise with relevant departments to coordinate appropriate actions and resolutions

• Oversee the security of office and warehouse premises by monitoring CCTV systems

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Time:

• 6 days shift duty per week, 10 hours per day (07:00-24:00)

• No overnight shift required
  

Job Requirement:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics or security industry

• Possession of a valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP) Type B

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Highly organized and detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Good credit report

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
