Assist in estates project coordination and progress monitoring
At least 4 years’ relevant experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in estates project coordination and progress monitoring including project planning, scheduling and tendering, tender drawings preparation, liaising with architects, consultants and contractors about design and construction details
Compilation of progress report, minutes of meetings and other related documents
Ensure the progress and standard of workmanship and quality to meet the standard and requirements
Material sourcing with suppliers selected for interior fit-out /renovation projects
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Building, Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably with on-site inspection and site coordination
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp is an advantage
Knowledge of building construction, material specifications and testing methods
Experience in commercial projects such as retail, office, hotel or residential/apartment developments is preferred
Good written & spoken English and Chinese
Good organizational skills, able to handle full set of construction drawings and co-ordinate with consultants and contractors
