SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER (Residential, Tsuen Wan)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations of the property

• Supervise and support on-site staff to deliver professional customer services

• Handle residents’ enquiries, complaints and requests in a courteous manner

• Coordinate with technical teams on maintenance and repair works

• Manage the performance of contractors to provide quality services

• Handle residents’ enquiries, complaints, and emergency of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in property management

• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence is preferred

• Well-versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO) is an advantage

• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
